Billing & Insurance

What insurance plans do you accept?

We accept most major insurance plans. Because coverage varies, please call our office to confirm that we’re in-network with your specific plan before your visit.

New Patients

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of your current medications, and any relevant medical records or test results. Arriving 15 minutes early gives you time to complete your new-patient paperwork.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes. We are welcoming new patients of all ages. The fastest way to get started is to request an appointment through our patient portal, or to call the office during business hours.

Appointments & Care

How do I request a prescription refill?

The quickest way to request a refill is through our patient portal. You can also ask your pharmacy to send a refill request to our office. Please allow up to two business days for refills to be processed.

What should I do if I need care after hours?

If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For non-urgent questions after hours, send a message through the patient portal and we’ll respond during the next business day.

Still have questions?

Request an appointment through our secure patient portal, or give us a call — we’d love to welcome you.
